Our Phone Services

We provide extensions on our Selfhosted FreePBX system if requested. To gain an extension please email enquires@xetworks.xyz, call us at +1 (610) 548-3638 (EXT: 1087) or open a thread in our Discord Server and we will reply to you with all the details.

How to format the request?

For email:

Heading: Ext Request - (Your Name)

Description: Extension Request, Name on extension: (add your name), Using MicroSIP/Physical Phone (This is so we know how to help you, MicroSIP is the digital phone)

For Phone:

Call us tell us Extension Request, Name on extension: (add your name), Using MicroSIP/Physical Phone (This is so we know how to help you, MicroSIP is the digital phone)

Discord Thread:

(Your Username) - Title

Name - (What you want your name to be on the extension)

MicroSIP/Physical Phone (Again so we know what device your using so we can assist you if needed)

IVR:

0 - Operator Support (Advanced Support e.g. Phone Issues)

1 - Agent Support (Basic Support e.g. product)

2 - Management (System Admins)

3 - Radio (Music System)

4 - Extensions (Can dail any extension)

*31 - Meeting Room (Password 1234)

*32 - Staff Meeting Room (Password Private)
