By accessing or using any virtual machine (“VM”) or related service provided by Xetworks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service.
2.1 Users must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
2.2 Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
Unauthorized access to systems or networks
Distribution of malware or malicious code
Attempts to disrupt, overload, or compromise infrastructure
Any activity reasonably interpreted as misuse or unlawful behavior
2.3 Xetworks reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or delete any VM or account suspected of violating these provisions.
3.1 Virtual machines provisioned under the Free VM Plan must remain active.
3.2 If a VM on the free plan remains inactive for seven (7) consecutive days, Xetworks may, at its sole discretion, reclaim, delete, or repurpose the VM without prior notice.
3.3 Xetworks is not responsible for any data loss resulting from inactivity‑based removal.
4.1 Xetworks provides VM hosting on a best‑effort basis.
4.2 No guarantee of continuous or uninterrupted service is made, including but not limited to uptime, performance, or availability.
4.3 Xetworks shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions arising from downtime, maintenance, outages, or technical issues.
5.1 Once a VM has been provisioned and delivered to the user, all software installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting are the sole responsibility of the user.
5.2 Xetworks may provide general guidance at its discretion, but such assistance is not guaranteed and does not constitute a support obligation.
6.1 Payments, where applicable, are processed exclusively through third‑party payment providers.
6.2 Xetworks is not responsible for:
Payment failures
Processing delays
Billing disputes
Errors or issues caused by payment processors
6.3 Users must resolve payment‑related concerns directly with the payment provider.
7.1 Users are solely responsible for backing up their data.
7.2 Xetworks assumes no liability for data loss resulting from VM deletion, hardware failure, misuse, or user error.
8.1 Xetworks may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
8.2 Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
9.1 Xetworks provides all services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted, Xetworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
10.1 Xetworks is not a registered company and does not operate as a commercial entity.
10.2 These Terms are provided solely to establish rules of use for the hobbyist service offered at https://www.xetworks.xyz.
